M16: For small diameter cables or Bulgin PX connector (or similar).
M20: For larger diameter cables.
Waipu SP21: If you want to replace the original connector with a 7- or 9-pin Waipu SP21 connector.
Recommended Material & Print Settings
0.1mm Layer height for good thread resolution
The M16x1.5/M20x1.5 thread can be tight if there is too much extrusion
The test prints were made with PLA, if you want to use it in a car better use ABS, PETG, …
The O-Ring groove usually does not need support if you have enough outer perimeters (at least on the layer above the groove) and print them from the inside out.
