Magnetic Alphabet and Numbers

Each letter and number is modelled with a void to hold a 6mm x 2mm round magnet.

Because the magnets are embedded during printing, they won't accidentally fall off and present a swallowing danger to young children.
It is recommended to scale up the print if you believe the letters and numbers could be swallowed by a child.

These alphabet characters and numerals can also be used on metal lockers and magnetic boards, perfect for displaying notes, reminders, and shopping lists, or simply adding a touch of personality to your decor.

Optimized for printing at 0.15mm which results in a minimal 2-layer base allowing for good magnetism. Pause print at 2.45mm print height with gCode M601, to insert round magnets with 6mm diameter and 2mm thickness. Tested with PLA 15% infill.
