Minimalistic PC4 Couplers (M6/M10) w/ Mount/Holder
- No Supports Required
- Thread PC4-M6 or PC4-M10 pneumatic connectors on each end to create a PTFE / Bowden tube coupling point.
- PC4 Coupler Holder_Mount.stl is a mount/holder for 4x hexagonal coupler units.
- Optional M3x0.50 threads for M3x4 grub screws to hold the hexagonal couplers in place inside the holder.
- Optional M3x0.50 x 3mm threads on the rear to bolt directly to something or to bolt brackets to it to bolt somewhere, outside a filament dry box or stack of filament dry boxes.
- OPTIONAL: 15MM Segment of ID2, OD4 PTFE Tube can be pushed into the center of the coupler hexagon for additional protection of the filament inside the coupler.
- I also use https://www.printables.com/model/466229-inline-pc4-m6-filament-feedretract-coupler when manual load/unload movement is required for the filament.
Very clean threads on Bambu X1C/P1P with either PLA/PETG with standard profiles.
