StarTech 4 Port DVI KVM Desk Grommet

I created this model because while the KVM was on the desk:

The weight of the DVI cables made it pop up in the front.

The cables from behind the desk were unsightly.

The holes on the side allow for mounting using the built in rack mounts on the side of the unit.  I had to drape some of the USB cables under the desk as well.  I use the IKEA SIGNUM for that, but any cable clip should work fine.
