4 Inch Duct to Window Kit Adapter

This is an adapter for connecting a 4 inch flexible duct to an air conditioner window seal kit for smoke/fume exhaust. I use this for a soldering station along with Loc-Line hose and a 3D printed adapter to remove smoke and vent it out a window.

I coated the inside of this adapter with a resin clear coat to make it completely air tight (probably overkill though).

  • The “Window End Inset” is glued to the flat side of the “Window Kit to 4 in Hose Adapter” to help direct air all the way through the window kit.
  • Attached to window seal kit with M5 bolts & nuts
• SIKADEER Universal Window Seal Kit for Portable Air Conditioner of Exhaust Hose 5.1 Inch Diameter
  • Drilled 6 holes for M5 bolts
• (optional) Window Kit Holder as a easy way to keep everything held in place when not in use
