USB cable organizer for 4mm, Ver 5

I wanted a simple wall rack to hold my many USB cables.  Rolling the cables up and throwing them in a drawer was not working for me.

I found a design by @johnroy222_264725 that looked good to me, but I did not like a couple of the features that prevented the part from printing laying flat for easy printing.  

 Since I only had an STL file from printables.com, it just wasn't worth the bother to try to fix the model so I just created a new one with a design that is easy to print.

It printed nicely, I hung it up and loaded it up.  I thought that I was going create a dummy block to hold the wall-wart transformers, but I found that the spacing on this part allows the USA style two prong USB adapters can sit on the shelf with the prongs through the slots.

Even though this model was created from scratch, I am naming it v5 because the version from @johnroy222_264725 was called v4.
