Headless Paul Guitar - playable via headphones or Bluetooth box with integrated effects unit

Travel guitar with integrated effect device and power bank.

Guitar 1 also has a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter for direct transmission to BT speakers or headphones.

A CNC turned roller was installed on guitar 2.

The length of the guitar is 76.5 cm and it fits in a baritone ukulele bag.

You only need the guitar and headphones or a Bluetooth box to play.

The effect device has 300 presets as well as 32 amp and 16 box simulations and a tuner function is also included.

Bluetooth LowLatency has a delay of 40ms which corresponds to about 12m distance to the box. So there is still room for improvement. Perhaps even faster Bluetooth standards will come in the future. For this reason, I did not use Bluetooth on the second guitar.

The space in the compartment for the power bank is large enough for further creative ideas. Charging is via the USB-C port under the neck. I converted the pickup switch to an on/off switch. The headphones can either be plugged in behind the neck next to the USB port or below next to the amp output, which means that the guitar can also be played while sitting.

Notes:

For the sign for the switch, first print white and then switch to black during printing - so that the writing becomes white.

Print the wedge for the neck angle in 0.1mm.

Print the body face down.

The directional pad on the effect device is slightly higher in the guitar than in the original housing, so a spacer must be placed between the circuit board and the directional pad button. Effects knobs are used in guitar. If necessary, adjust the height of the spacer to 1.5mm.

For the role version 1 you need a 73mm long threaded rod M10. Also 6 ball bearings (10/22mm 6mm wide) for the V2 reel. For the roll V3 you need a lathe and the spacers from V1. Guitar 1 has a V2 and Guitar 2 has a V3 roll.
