Sk-go3 XY belt tensioner

After install, slightly unscrew the brackets and use the front screw to tighten the belt.

Have the gantry fully to the back and measure the gap with the frame on each side. 

Tension until both gaps are equal. I pre positioned the tensioning screw at about 5mm from the front of the frame to have enough room for tensioning.

I printed everything in CF ABS with lots of walls and a high infill.

The hardware is mostly what was on the machine in the first place, the adjustment screw threads into an M5 locknut. For the rest it's pretty obvious when you put it together, M3s M4s and M5s…
