Description
An Alabama puzzle of all 67 counties. Counties have recessed labels. Each piece is 5mm thick and the puzzle is 16.5 in. x 11 in. (41.91cm x 27.94cm) when fully assembled. STLs are grouped into 4 colors according to the Four-Color Theorem (no regions of the same color are touching). You can use any colors, of course, for the 4 groups. The Four-Color Theorem can be used as a clue for assembling the puzzle since none of the pieces touch pieces of the same color.
Several counties need brims because of their intricate edges, to avoid breakage and improve adhesion. I've added BRIM to the notes of the files I printed with brims (4mm). Small pieces of Clarke & Sumter will probably detach with the brim because of the size.
Total print time is about 23.7 hours with 10% infill at .20mm (Quality).
Total filament used for each group: 57.47g Blue, 67.03g Green, 83.93g Red, 76.71g Yellow.
