Phone Dashboard Mount V2

17mm seems to be the default for many chargers using ball joints.

I have been am using the setup for two years now with no issues with the printed parts. Also the adhesive did not leave any residue on my dash.

I recommend printing in a Material with a higher melting temperature to prevent deformation during warmer days. 

Depending on your climate you might want to support the mount by resting it on you dash as the adhesive eventually came loose with the additional leverage from slamming my phone into the mount on a hot day.
