FLSUN V400 silicone hotend cover mould

Fits perfect (!) for the V400 hotend.

Works way better than the original which might not even be real silicone. At least stuff sticks to the original which it should not.

Print @ 0,15 or 0,2.

Do not push the inner part completely down! Both outside of the mold and pin of the inner part need to be aligned with the “table”-surface. 

In the casting process, first fill the mold slowly in a thin “line” to avoid as many as possible bubbles. Then put the insert in which makes some mess at the bottom. Push the “hole-pin” in and wiggle the insert back and forth for some minutes to get rid of those friggin bubbles. Then add the lid, fill more and level with some kind of credid card-shaped thingi. 

I use some Type 3 HB silicone which works well.
