Description
Update
I have re-moddled it as the old file was a bit of a mess, new file and STEPs in the ‘Remodeled’ folder in the file list. (The fullsize versions still use the same mag catch.)
Also, please use the print orientation shown in the images for the best durability. I am using that on the one I've had for years and I've not had any issues. And mine's just in cheap PLA.
Compatibility
MWS V1: Should work, not confirmed
MWS V2: Working
MWS V3: Working
GM PMAG V1: Working
GM PMAG V2: Working, might not be perfect
GM PMAG V3: Not working
DE Noveske: Working
Double Eagle Daniel defence Pmags: Working
Hardware
**For the short version nothing else is needed, you just hold it onto the top of the mag
A small pin, I used a sewing needle cut down.
One small spring about 4mm diameter.
Printing
Print on the edge as shown in the photos.
No support needed.
Assembly
**For the short version nothing else is needed, you just hold it onto the top of the mag
Put one of the springs onto the catch and then push it into place, from there push the pin through.
Notes
I have not done too much testing but from what I have done it seems to work fairly well.
If anything breaks let me know and I will try and make it stronger.
If you do fully fill up your mags I would recommend taking a couple of BBs out so that there is less wear on the nozzle.
