Low Voltage - Terminal Block - 12 post - 45 degree

Low voltage terminal block with 12 posts set at 45 degrees for easier wire insertion, and easier printing.

Bill of Materials:

1x printed terminal block

12x #4-40x3/8" screws

12x #4-40 nuts (1/4" Across Flats)

24x #4 flat washers (3/8" Outside Diameter)

2x Countersunk screws to mount.

For general use, two wires should fit nicely between the nut and the washer.

Using either aluminum tape, copper tape, or a wire, you can bridge/bond posts across from each other.

Not recommended for high voltage or high amperage. I am not an electrical engineer, so I will limit its use to 12VDC on a 3D printer, or similar projects.

If you mount it to metal, I recommend covering the bottom with electrical tape.
