Magnetic 100 Gram Silica Packet Container (For Dry Filament Box)
I didn't have room at the bottom of my filament spool / dry box (SAMLA Based) for more silica packets, but there was plenty of space above the spools in the box. So I created this.
- Uses 8x 12x3mm magnets (EXAMPLE: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XVBL8SK)
- Press fit but glue if necessary
- Make sure to maintain the correct polarity on all 4 sets of magnets
- Uses rechargeable 100 Gram (or smaller) Silica packets (EXAMPLE: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BDRCR4SP)
- For 100 Gram, the tight is fit, just position them in the box and shake until it falls into place. It will come out easily when recharge time comes up.
- No supports
- Print in the orientation in the example pictures
- If your dry box is also a heated box, print with PETG/ASA or other high temp filament.
