Inland Reusable Spool: Press-fit

Press fit reusable spool for Microcenter's Inland Filament (1.75mm).

The outer diameter of Half A's shaft is 90mm.

As of May 9th 2023 that (90mm) is just shy of the inner diameter of the cardboard tube Inland's spool-less filament sits on.

For everyone's convenience the clearance between the two press fit halves is 0.2mm
If you'd like a tighter fit add a piece of painters tape around the base of Half B's shaft.

There are two 'test' pieces include for testing that 0.2mm clearance in the case that you want to check your printers tolerances before committing to the full print.

To assemble place your spool-less Inland filament onto Half A, then press Half B into Half A.

If you like to label your filament you can place a sticker on the inside of Half B's shaft.
Alternatively, if you'd like re-box your filament the assembled spool will fit into back into Inlands spool-less filament boxes.
