Description
A guide to drill accurate holes in 4040 T-Slot Aluminum extrusion.
This allows you to attach 4040 lengths together.
Still a work-in-progress. Will update as necessary.
No supports needed.
.300mm PLA works fine.
Use a soldering iron to melt into place an M5 nut. This protects your guide from being chewed up by your drill bit.
