Wolfcraft Repair Kit 3455100 Reparatursatz

So I have two of these Wolfcraft clamps and a while ago one had a broken spring.

It didn't work anymore which is why I came up with this repair kit.

The kit consists of the two printed parts as well as three parts you need from the original body.

It's the little metal plate with the rectangular cutout, the original lever bolt and also the rubber cover.

These parts should be fine even after the clamp doesn't work anymore.

Rubber cover and metal plate go to the top and back of the printed body.

Then the printed lever get's fixed by the bolt.

The fittings are pretty tight, but that's on purpose.

Anyway until now I have only this one broken clamp, so please tell me, if these tolerances work for you as well.

Also the fitting on the original rod is very tight.

I intended to let the material set after being mounted and I think it's good now.

It could be slightly easier to move, but it's better than having the body always slip away.

Maybe there's still support left near the rod which hinders it, but anyway it's alright.

Deutsche Beschreibung:

Bei meiner Wolfcraft Klemme ist eine Feder gebrochen und anschließend konnt ich damit nichts mehr fixieren.

Daher dieser Reparatursatz bestehend aus den beiden Druckteilen, und drei Teilen aus der originalen Klemme.

Aus der Klemme benötigt man den Gummischoner, den Bolzen vom Hebel und eines der Metallplättchen.

Schoner und Plättchen werden oben und hinten am Druckteil angebracht/versenkt und mit dem Bolzen verbindet man Körper und Hebel.

Die Bohrung für den Bolzen endet im Teil, um beim Positionieren zu helfen.

Das Spiel zwischen den Teilen absichtlich möglichst gering.

Das Metallplättchen und der Bolzen dürfen ohnehin möglichst eng sitzen.

Beim Durchgangsloch für die Strebe weiß ich nicht, ob es tatsächlich so eng ist oder ob Stützstruktur im Teil übrig blieb.

Es sitzt eng und das ist mir lieber als eine dauernd herunterfallende Klemme.

Ich habe alles montiert und nach ca. einem Tag konnte der Kunststoff so weit kriechen, dass ich es absolut in Ordnung finde wie es sich bewegt.

Da ich nur die eine Klammer habe, freue ich mich natürlich über Rückmeldungen, ob der Reparatursatz auch in anderen Fällen passt.

I printed both parts simultaneously therefore I put them on a raft. I guess you can print without if the lever goes on it's own.
