Gymnastic Ball Holder / Ring

So I want to put the big gymnastics ball in the corner and requirements are:

• stay there
• look good

That's it, first Version now is a solid body.

Make 8 of them, stick them together and you've got a nice circle to put the ball on.

Guess I'll change it in some way to be more 3D Printing like. :-)

Maybe like three of these parts in 120 degrees arrangement with fillings between them.

In the meantime any suggestions are welcome.

Update: 03/13/2021

So I made a new one which is made of quarters and also I printed all four parts. Turned out very nice and I also painted it. So since this does the job now, I guess it's done. Feel free to add your opinion on it :-)

Oh and by the way I also think you could make some better joints, but they work and I wanted to glue it anyways because I wanted to paint it.
