Description
I made a stand for a drill press from an old kitchen trolley made of steel tubes.
I removed the castors from the cart and needed some end caps for the tubes to make the stand stable enough.
I took inspiration from Filip Strapko's plugs (https://www.printables.com/fr/model/163929-zatka-plug-for-32-mm-tube), using their slightly conical shape in a much longer version to press the foot firmly into the 23mm inner diameter tube. I added thick, 5 cm wide soles for extra stability.
Feel free to resize it to match your needs, or ask me if you have a particular request.
Printed on MK3S+: 0,2mm speed, PETG Sunlu, 35% infill, 8 perimeters to support the weight of the drill.
