Ryobi P440 1/4 Sheet Sander Vacuum Adapter

This thing allows you to hook up a Ryobi P440 1/4 Sheet Sander to a shop vac with a 1.25 inch (31.5mm) hose.

The documentation says that Ryobi sells a vacuum adapter separately. After spending several minutes trying to find where I could buy one, I decided to design and print one instead.

There will be some strain on this part, so I recommend you print in PETG if possible. I'm sure PLA would work too...I just had PETG loaded in the printer.

Ok....print it as solid as you can. I would crank up the number of perimeters versus setting the infill to 100%.

Mine has been working great for a few hours of sanding. I'm positive that I'll lose it before it breaks.
