Airflow Ring For Aspire Nautilus ECig Tank

The Aspire Nautilus ecig tank has an airflow ring that fails after a few months of use. A small spring indexes the ring to one of four holes. After a while the spring degrades and the ring spins freely. Rather than throw the tank away, I made an airflow ring that clips on the tank and exposes on of the holes. To install it, you have to remove the metal ring by tapping the bottom of the tank off with a small screwdriver and rubber mallet (or other plastic mallet like a screwdriver handle. Reassemble and clip on the new printed ring. Fusion file included to adjust diameter, thickness and revolve angle.
