Description
I wanted a tofu mold I can take apart and didn't find one I liked so I made one. Actually, two, first one was waaaay too large, so I had to make smaller too. :) But that's great for cheese! First I made round holes when I started to design this but then I realized I can make holes heart-shaped! Best!
The parts go so, that long sides and long bottom go together and short side and short bottom. But you can use either small or large end, they go either way, but tops are only to fit short parts with small ends and long parts to large ends. If you need top, you can always change the size in slicer. Wedge is the same to both.
Also! Tops are very loose with a lot of room between sides of the mold and the top part, because I wanted to leave room for extra cheese cloth to be able to come out of the mold. If you don't like that, you can always change the size before printing. I think I put 5mm gap there (that is 2,5mm per side) but you don't want to make it that large, that would be uncomfortably tight.
The sides fit a bit loosely, wedges go tight but there is tiny gap helping liquid to escape there too, if that is not what you want, you can always make parts a bit thicker, they have been made 0,5mm narrower than holes to help assembly and let the liquid escape.
I printed these with PETG and steel nozzle to make sure these are food safe. Oh, and with 3 perimeters 6 top 6 bottom layers and 50% infill. Takes forever and almost a roll of PETG
