Headphone / Audio Jack Extender (Under Desk or Wall Mount) - NO HOLES REMIX

This a requested remix of my “Headphone / Audio Jack Extender (Under Desk or Wall Mount)” designed without the mounting holes for screws.  

Most folks will probably want to use the original design if they plan to mount under the front edge of a wood desk, or this one, which includes a USB 3.0 hub mount.

Since no screws are used in this model, it will need to be glued together.  Since it was a request, I have not printed it or tested it, so please let me know how it goes.
