Mean Well RS 100-5 Box + ESP32

This is a cover box for a Mean Well RS 100-5. There is also a place inside that fits a AZ Delivery ESP32. Perfect for a WLED project.

Easy to print with no support. Wall mount is also possible.

All you need is:

• 4x M3 Brass Inserts
• 4x M3x6 Screws
• 3x M3x10 Screws

Here I show you how to put everything together:

Print the box and the cover

Grap your PSU

Grap the screws and the brass inserts

Melt in the brass inserts

Now mount the PSU with 3x M3x10 into the box

If you need, you can now slide in the ESP32

Now do your cabling and attach the box on the wall or where you need it. There are 4 screw holes in each corner

Now grap 4x M3x6 screws and attach the top cover on the box

You are done. Hope you like it.
