Sprinkler Adapter 1/2" riser to 1/4" barb

I needed misting head for shrubs and found https://www.homedepot.com/p/DIG-Fogger-Mister-on-Barb-5-Pack-7750BB/100143134 at Home Depot. The only solution they have to use this on a ½" threaded PVC is to use an adapter to a hose to the head. This is a direct adapter.

Specifically, the pipe end is a ½" NPT female thread, and the head end is female thread that matches the tiny threads on the sprinkler head.

I printed it on its side to put the layers perpendicular to the threads. That may have resulted in the amount of leaking I see through the threads…
