Description
Attach this to a PVC pipe and dig into any muscle to relieve pain. Designed specifically for digging into and releasing the subscapularis, it can also be used on any trouble-spot.
Files beginning with a "1" fit a 1" PVC pipe (OD 1.315").
Files beginning with a "34" fit a 3/4" PVC pipe (OD 1.050").
Print without support material. Can be printed in PLA or PETG.
Recommended layer height: 0.20mm
"BallCap" and "SmallBallCap" are my personal favorites, and have been incredible in relieving my shoulder pain. "WedgeCap" and "BladeCap" are experimental and untested.
7/31/2021 revision - Modified interior profile to create end stop to avoid getting stuck on pipe, easier to remove. Added 3/4" pipe options.
