Whiteboard Marker Holder - Staedtler 6 Pack

This is a whiteboard marker holder that is intended to be mounted alongside the whiteboard with mounting tape. The model is sized for a Staedtler 6 pack of Lumocolor Whiteboard Markers and utilises the existing case they come packaged in.

I saw many models online for whiteboard markers but wanted to save room on the writing surface, and also have them stored horizontally to preserve them. I didn't want to have to model around each marker to hold them and figured they already came in a neat box anyway. Thus, I opted for this style that I stuck to the wall alongside my wall-mounted whiteboard. The 6-pack of markers snaps snugly into the holder. It is also angled to allow the markers to be retrieved without hitting the whiteboard on the way out. The lid of the box the markers came in has been removed with a craft knife in the pictures shown.

I printed this model with PETG at 0.3mm layer height with no supports. I used the default value for infill (20%).

I then secured it to the wall with two thin strips of mounting tape from Bunnings (any brand is likely strong enough here), one along each side of the mounting surface.
