IBM 46M0861 9240-8i m1015 single slot cooler

This is a single slot cooler shroud for an IBM 9240-8i, commonly known as the m1015 SAS HBA. This card is commonly used in Unraid, Freenas, etc for attaching many drives. It's a pretty straight forward print with minimal supports.

Parts needed for assembly:

1 x print of the model

1 x AVC BASA0715B2U blower fan 70x70mm

1 x 3 or 4 pin fan connector spliced to the fan wiring.  I opted for 3-pin and adjusted the speed in BIOS

1 x IBM 9240-8i or 9220-8i, IBM Part #46M0861 or L79747G

2-4 x 20mm M4 screws

2-4 x M4 nuts

Optional:

1 x Nylon M3 screw, washer, and nut.

This is for the hole that goes through the PCB. I found that the part stays fine with friction, but if the system will be jostled around, you may want to secure it.

UPDATE: Added a universal mount for other blower sizes. Should fit as small as 40mm I think...
