Orbis Fidget Spinner

Another fidget spinner yay! This one uses 3/8 slingshot ammo for the outer weights. The steel balls snap in and are loose to serve as an additional fidget feature. You can roll them between your fingers. I've attached the source file. Modeled in Fusion360.
