Description
I could not figure out how to use the included Y axis stop mount, so made this one. Uses 2 M5x12mm screws with nuts.
I printed in ASA, 30% infill. Holes for the mico-switch are not threaded, running a screw into each while forcing down has worked well without a problem.
If the 3Dfused axis is used as shipped you will probably use the two screw holes furthest from the micro-switch.
Tip: At least for the Smart Pro, it is best to rotate the bed trolly piece 180 degrees. This corrects the Y axis bed to move the same direction as the original printer without the belt rubbing the capture bracket. After rotation, the bed trolly piece has the flat side to the rear of the printer, and then use the two mounting screw holes closest to the micro-switch.
