General Info
- 3x M4 (countersunk) holes on each hinge side
- No supports needed
- 20.50mm on each side of the hinge
Models / Clearance
- 0.50MM_Print In Place Hinge.stl
- Default is 0.50mm gap (should work on just about any printer).
- 0.25MM_Print In Place Hinge.stl
- This has half the offset facing and hinge spacing as the 0.50mm model.

To Adjust Clearance (In Fusion 360)
- Open the .f3d file
- Open/Edit Hinge Geometry Sketch
- Edit the constraint (0.25mm in the example graphic below)
- Edit the face offsets (2) in the parametric timeline from 0.50m to 0.25mm (or other value)
- Export everything as Mesh (stl) and print it
