Description
This is a 1:12 scale model of this fan on Amazon:

It fairly accurately represents the dimensions of the actual fan, even more so considering that the picture on Amazon is just 3 bladed where the actual fan I have came with 5 blades. Blades have been altered to make them representative but printable. This took a bit of tweaking to get it printable as the mesh and fan blade pitch and thinness caused problems in the earlier revisions.
I also found that Bambu Slicer (and likely its relatives like Prusa Slicer) does not handle STEP files as well as expected (STEP is supposed to handle drawing primitives for surfaces where STL is just a line segment approximation, so one expected more accuracy, right?). Slicing from a STEP version of same model caused portions of the mesh area to disappear and leave the slicer telling the printer to print in mid-air. STL just worked. Weird.
I used a 0.4mm nozzle in GEEETECH Silk Silver PLA and variable layer height, or 0.08mm for the fine bits. Print slow with lots of cooling. Make sure your slicer didn't create air gaps in the slicing process. Glue the Vent Fan model to the Vent Fan Louvers to complete the fan assembly.
