ESP32-S3-Box refined

While the Expressif's ESP32-S3-Box is a great dev kit, it lacks some refinement. This is the start to address those things. Since it is so light weight and it has a big ‘ole USB cable attached to it, it kept flopping around and falling. The weighted base add-on, that you add pennies to, fixes this. Additionally, the power LED is obnoxiously bright and it has to be desoldered in order to turn it off, this shroud blocks out most of that LED light while keeping most other things exposed.
