A design study with the new organic supports of PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-beta2
My goal was to force the support algorithm to use designated connection points on the model which I have accomplished by a thin spiral shaped overhang on the goblet.
The much bigger challenge was to achive a stable, centric and symmetric goblet foot using the support structure, which I succeeded by … well, it took some iterations of fine-tuning of the model as well as the parameters
