Description

Meanwell Power Supply (PSU) Fan Silencer. Compatible with Ender 3  Pro / Ender 3 (use mirror version) / Neptune 2 or any PSU that uses the same fittings.

Tried after printing and, with an app on the phone, I got an average noise reduction of 12% when compared to my previous silencer (the usual ones that you find across here).

This is optimized for 0.4 or 0.6 nozzles and to be printed without supports. For the infill, as all perimeters are optimized, you can use something between 20% or 100%, as there's no much difference in time nor material.

I have also design a version for the Ender 3, with the top screw on the left. Make sure to check your needs before download and print.

PRINT SETTINGS

  • Nozzle: 0.4 or 0.6 (I printed with 0.6)
  • Layer Height: 0.20 (first layer 0.28)
  • Infill: 20% to 100%
  • Supports: NO
  • Perimeters: 2 or 3 (dependent on nozzle)
  • Material: PLA+

ASSEMBLY - IMPORTANT!

When you are mounting your fan silencer use the following sequence to prevent the fan from accidently dropping in the PSU housing:

  • Unscrew the top-right screw.
  • Position the silencer over the top-right screw and securely and firmly reattach the screw.
  • Unscrew the bottom-left screw.
  • Rotate the silencer over the bottom-left hole.
  • Secure the bottom-left screw.

Hope you enjoy it!
