Cowboy E-Bike battery dock + Charger mount

Avoid cable clutter with your Cowboy electric bike battery charger with this wall-mount charging dock for your original Cowboy charger. I have designed this to work with the charging cable that comes with the Cowboy 4(ST). If the previous generations of cowboy chargers have the same charging head, this should work fine.

I would advise printing in ASA/ABS or PETG. The adaptor will, and the battery may become hot while charging, making PLA deform.

Printing instructions:

• ABS/ASA or PETG, you PA lovers out there, good luck!
• 0.2 + layer height
• 3 perimeters for .4 mm nozzles, 2 will do for .6 mm nozzles
• 20% + Dense infill for strength
• I printed these without support, but the “Dock - Bottom” may need some supports at the battery locating ‘bump’ for a nicer finish.
• Print everything laying down flat to the mounting surface. The adaptor mount can also be printed standing up if your first layer adhesion game is strong.
• AND OFCOURSE, you can choose whatever color you like, as long as it is black.
   

What you will need for assembly and mounting:

• 2 - M4 x 15 Socket Head Screws (for assembling the cable "holder"; Dock - Top1 and Dock - Top2
• 8 - 4mm x ... (min. 10mm but adjust to your situation) Countersunk screws, for mounting to the wall.
