Lofi Radio: Pi4 + BrainCraft HAT case

A 3D printable case for the Raspberry Pi 4 with Adafruit's BrainCraft HAT, designed to complement the Learn system project lofi hip hop raspberry pi radio.

This is a remix of Guysoft's Raspberrypi 4 / 4B+ case on Thingiverse, which in turn remixed other designs.

Print instructions

I printed using the 0.20mm Speed settings on an mk3s.

To add color to the inset letters, put a filament change after the 2nd layer of the model and a second filament change 2 layers after the lettering fills in.

Use 4 2.5mm×3.4 mm Installed Length heat set threaded inserts in the base. Secure the BrainCraft HAT with 16mm stand-offs (or 12mm stand-offs plus 2×2mm nuts) on the side opposite the 40-pin connector.

You'll need to flex the wall of the top out a bit to pass it over the part of the jack that protrudes beyond the PCB edge.
