Here's a cute ladybug with two functions: You can use it as storage box or a nice soap holder!
This is a super easy print, no supports, no hard-to-print parts. Its a real piece of cake and so is the assembly.
All the parts are already placed in the right orientation for printing. Just open them and print.
The project is a made of individual parts, so no need for a multicolor printer. Print the parts in the color you want them and use a little bit of glue to make the assembly.
I didnt include instructions for this one, because i think its pretty easy to do the assembly without them. If you have some questions, feel free to ask! You can also refer to the included pictures.
You can scale the model up or down, to suit your needs. The red one on the pictures is the actual size when you open the stl files. The yellow one was scaled to 60%.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the dots on the wings: All the dots are in a single group (in the same stl files), with the wings separation line. The reason for this? They are placed in the same position as they need to be glue on the wings. Simple as this!
So print this file (the dots) right after printing the wings (red or yellow part in the pictures), and refer to how they are placed on the bed to glue them.
If you're having very thick soaps, you can scale the model in the Z axis only. If you do so, i suggest that you do the same thing for the other parts, just to keep the proportions.
In any case, if you have questions or problems, send me a private message and i will try to help you as usual.
Have fun!
Pascal
