40x0 fan mount for E3DV6 style heatbreaks, centered (redesign)

It's a snap-on fan mount similar to the stock E3DV6 mount for 3010 axial fans. Redesigned from basic shapes to fit a 4010 or 4020 fan. It comes with a mounting brace sized for Sovol SV01 or SV03 when mounted sideways as shown in the photo. PLA, ABS or PETG should all work @ 0.2 mm layer height. The top part of the mount has mounting guides that should sit atop the heatbreak fins, this will keep it from sliding down later on if it ends up becoming a little loose.

Update 12/30/23: redesigned the duct in Freecad because I found out that Fusion 360 had produced a dimensionally inaccurate STL.  So new STL and Freecad source, slightly better accuracy!
