Telecaster guitar with hexagonal holes

A fully printable Telecaster with a hexagonal pattern in the body. The guitar is the same size as a normal Telecaster, so normal parts fit. All the parts are connected with pegs and glue, so no tools are needed. 

Printing
All parts are printed with 0.2 mm layer height. 
The guitar is consists of 5 different parts. The only load bearing part is the middle one (middle_full). So strength is very important here. i printed it with 7 perimeters and 20% infill, as well as 4 top and bottom layers. The part is very large. I have added the middle in 2 parts aswell  (middle_lower and middle_upper). These will have to be printed with the same settings. 

The other parts don't have to be as strong. I printed mine with 2 walls and 15% infill. 

The pegs were printed with 5 walls for strength. 

The parts that are needed are as follows:

• All large parts 1x
• 10x20 pegs 5x (7x if the middle is printed in 2 parts)
• 5x10 pegs 4x
• 3x10 pegs 3x

Update: 
I realised the neck pocket was too deep at 21mm. I've changed the model and added 16mm deep parts. 

I also added the full body as an STL with the 16mm neck pocket depth. 

Update 02-08-2025:

I split the lower left part in 2 so it fits on smaller printers. If you print it with these parts you need one additional 5x10 and 3x10 peg.
