Airbus A320 Transponder Panel

Three layer panel plus rotary switch mounting plate. Panels designed to be CNC routed from 3mm cast acrylic, but can be 3D printed if backlighting is not required. Top panel 3mm Opal. Middle panel 3mm frosted clear. Bottom panel 3mm clear. Designed to be either glued or screwed together after painting and engraving. Recessed 3mm hex screws used to attach 25mm standoffs for switch mounting plate . Mounting into pedestal is with 4mm hex cap head screws. DXF and STL files both included

Display lens designed to be CNC or laser cut from 3mm smoked grey acrylic, though can be cut by hand if needed as edges hidden by bezel.

Bezel for display printed in PLA, 100% infill and painted to match panel, before being glued in place to cover smoked display lens. Recessed holes provided for decorative 2mm hex head cap screws 

Shaft extender and 2, 3 and 4 position switch guides for rotary switches printed in PETG, 100% infill for strength. Guide glued into holes from back of Bottom Panel. Rotary switches fitted to switch mounting plate with provided washer and nut. Shaft Extenders retained on rotary switch shafts with 3mm grub screw.

Button caps designed to be CNC routed from 3mm Opal and 3mm frosted clear glued together, then painted black and engraved, though can be 3D printed if backlighting is not required. DXF and STL files both provided. Micro push buttons glued in place from rear of Bottom Panel

Can use 4 standard 25mm M3 standoffs, or print included design
