Replica of Ral Partha 01-015

This is a replica of a metal figure of 80's vintage that I have not been able to identify. It seems like a Grenadier figure, but I cannot find it in any catalogues. If you think you know which figure this is, leave a comment!

UPDATE: Thanks to CaffeinatedCannonFodder (https://www.thingiverse.com/CaffeinatedCannonFodder) in the comments, I know that this is figure 01-015 from the Ral Partha "Personalities and Things that go Bump in the Night" line.
