This is printable and depending on scale, the wheels can be be bolted on with M2 (100%), M3 (150%) or M4 (200%). Larger scaled would need a larger printer.

I used heat screw inserts and M2x16mm screws. Note that the screw actually goes past the insert and into the plastic which allows the screw to stay captive and the wheels to turn freely. If you wanted the wheels to stay in place, Use a smaller screw (10/12mm) would be good if printing at 100% scale.

I take no credit for the original model. I just stuck the parts together in Cad and modified the wheels, and added screw mounts.

That wing can be a challenge to glue on as its supports are tiny but with some superglue activator and tweezers you can make it happen!

Print settings:

Layer Height:0.125mm
Wall Line count: 4
Infill: 25%
Infill type: Gyroid
Support Placement: Touching buildplate
Support overhang angle: 30.0
Support density 8%-16% would be good. Any more than that and its overkill
Support wall line count 1-2 is recommended to make removal easy and leaving the print surface clean.
