Description
This is my design of a bread box grate, that offers a practical solution for round bread boxes, such as Wesco's "Breadboy". The grate elevates the bread from the base of the box, enhancing air circulation which in turn helps to prevent mold formation. Additionally, this design allows bread crumbs to fall through the grate, eliminating the issue of them adhering to the bread.
The model is tailored for a bread box with an inner diameter of 195mm, aligning with the specifications of the aforementioned "Breadboy" by Wesco. To customize the grate for bread boxes of different dimensions, simply use the Fusion360 design.
Designed with versatility in mind, the grate fits seamlessly into round bread boxes, while also maintaining stability on any flat surface.
How to Print the Grate
The file section contains a PrusaSlicer project named LR2332 Print.3mf, which incorporates all recommended settings. You may either use this file directly, or use the table below to slice the model in another software:

Food Safety Considerations
Given that this printed grate will come into direct contact with food, it's vital to ensure that the filament you use is food safe. The safety of the material largely depends on the additives and pigments used. Always opt for materials where the manufacturer has explicitly guaranteed its food safety.
I recommend using "GreenTEC Pro" by "extrudr". This material not only prints easily, much like PLA, but it also boasts an FDA certification for food safety. Furthermore, it retains its shape even under high temperatures, making it dishwasher safe.
