Description
I have a fairly elderly pair of binoculars that only had 3 lens covers - one had gone missing many years ago, and I finally decided that it was time to replace it.
This is a simple design with just 4 parameters: the diameter of the lens onto which the cover will fit; the height of the lens cover; the thickness of the cover's wall (which will ideally be a multiple of the printer's nozzle diameter); and the radius at the base.
I printed 4 caps using TPU filament, for flexibility and "grip" when on the binoculars.
Simply edit the OpenSCAD file and change the parameters to suit your binocular's lenses.
