Percussion Block

The model includes some 3D printing tricks. It is printable completly without any supports, due to stratigically placed angles. You need to print the model with the opening facing downwards.

Also the mounting hole was designed like a tear drop so you dont need to drill afterwards. The area that is supposed to be hit has a build in feature to strengthen it. So you dont need to print with a high infill percentage. 

I printed my version with Wood PLA on a Creality CR-10S Pro V2 with the following settings:

• 0.6mm Nozzle
• 0.32mm layer height
• three walls
• three top and bottom layers
• 15% infill
