Description
Wall mount for the power brick for an Aventon Pace 500.2 (though may be compatible with many other power bricks if you check your size), with channels to use zip-ties for mounting. Holes are sized for #10 screws. This mount also ought to work for other power bricks of similar dimension with IEC connectors and output cables that are centered on each end of the brick. For reference, the internal dimensions are 176.75mm long x 82.8mm wide x 35mm deep.
I printed in the default orientation and used supports for the bottom of the channel, since it doesn't need a perfect finish and will be facing the wall. The channel is only 15mm wide, so you may be able to print without support and bridge that gap with a good result.
I printed mine in PLA on a Sovol SV06. 3 walls, 3 top/bottom layers, 20% gyroidal infill. All pretty basic settings and you could definitely use less robust settings than I did.
