I needed to clean out my current filter, but there isn't a good way to do it. I found a design on Thingiverse, but it didn't work - There were too many holes and they were way too large so the water kind of trickled out. I've modified it by making the outside slightly larger for a tight fit into the filter, as well as elongating to stop water just pouring out the bottom. I've also removed all the openings to leave single 1mm width slit. This produces a really nice jet with decent pressure. The only issue is that you need to turn the filter to make sure it pushes everything out and leave it a while to do its work.

I might angle the jet in the future and maybe make a base it can sit on so it spins. However for now consider this a working V1.
