Modular Spool Rack -Remixed! with feet for better stability

Update 5 Jun 23: Added a new base foot with pin, so that there is no need to print the pin separately. However, fitment might be an issue for some printers, do a test print before mass printing.

All parts can be used together interchangeably with the original design. 

I have put the files in Remixed Parts and Top Crosslink folders. The main interest should be the base foot found in the Remixed Parts folder which makes the structure more rigid and stable.

Remixed Parts is what I am currently printing, I want to see how tall I can stack it with one segment only with feet on four corners.

Other than the feet, I did some significant redesign on the support bar, the overkill version is stronger but prints with significantly more material. (assuming you use 10% infill like me, you will have to see the print preview to notice the difference in filament use).  I might start to print in the overkill version as I am seeing some sag in the normal support bar, I will update again.

For the rest of the parts in this folder, I added chamfers to my liking. 

Top Crosslink was my first attempt to make it less wobbly at the beginning, only to see not much improvement in stability. That's when I realized that the base needs to be wider for stability. Basically, it is adding crossbars to the top before stacking the next level. You are welcome to try it out, I might use this later as I build it taller/wider. 

Notes: 

If the triangle pins are too tight/loose, the easiest and cheapest modification is to shrink or enlarge the triangle pins in your slicer and reprint those. (2% onwards)

I have been adding for a while now, up to 4th stack the columns start to sway with some push/pull action sideways, though will return to the original position. Material is not bending, my guess is probably due to the joints not being rigid enough. It is fine for me, but I'll look into improving the rigidity further. 

I stopped stacking higher for now as the filament used per spool storage space is not very efficient. I can increase storage space by just adding one column instead of two if I extend it sideways.
