Bearing based spirographic WDT - Bottom Remix

This is a remix of Kensei @Kensei_237841's excellent version of the Weber Workshops Moonraker WDT tool. It looks and feels the closest to the real thing. Turns very smooth because of the bearings and also adds heft, which makes it feel very solid.

I prefer the lower body used by redfoxdude @redfoxdude_386759's Umikot58 - Base 23mm Magnet NoLug so I basically merged the two pieces togethor.

I also don't use the handle to preserve the original look of the Moonraker.
